Penny Black Saturday Challenge: Week 160: Bunting

Hi,
Thanks for dropping by :)This weeks challenge over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge is
Bunting!
As always it is up to you what you create...a card...altered art...scrapbook layout...box etc.
But please remember the golden rule...you must use at least ONE PENNY BLACK IMAGE, LARGE SENTIMENT OR STICKEROO.
Well I thought that sounds easy enough.  It wasn't! LOL I messed up three times before I finally had something that passes for bunting.

I used
PB Balloon Madness
Coloured with copics
Can't remember the papers sorry
Balloons were  given a coat of Glossy accents to make them look balloon ish
